How much does AZEvents charge per ticket?
AZEvents charges 1% + S$0.49 per paid ticket on every plan, and nothing on free tickets. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s rate. Plans start free.
Does Luma charge for free tickets?
Free tickets on Luma: No fee. AZEvents doesn’t charge for free tickets either.
Who pays the fees on Luma?
Luma: Organizer (fees can’t be added on top). On AZEvents you choose for each ticket type whether the buyer pays the fee or you absorb it.
Does Luma have WhatsApp invites?
Yes, Luma lists WhatsApp messaging. AZEvents includes WhatsApp invites and updates on the Private and Business plans.
