How can we help?
Quick answers about tickets, refunds, organizing and the apps.
Attending events
Finding events, checking in and the day itself.
How do I find events near me?
Search Explore for an event, place or organizer, and filter by day. Public events are also listed by city and category in the AZEvents app.
How do I check in at the event?
Open your pass and show its QR code at the door. Your pass is always in My tickets.
Where do I find my seat?
For seated events, your table and seat are shown on your pass.
Can I add an event to my calendar?
Yes. Use Add to calendar on the event page or on your ticket in My tickets. It works with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars.
The event is full. Is there a waitlist?
If the organizer runs a waitlist, you’ll see Join waitlist on the event page. When a spot opens up you get a link to claim it before a deadline.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
The organizer emails ticket holders about refunds. A cancelled event is one of the cases where a refund may apply.
How do I contact an event’s organizer?
Each event is run by its organizer, not by AZEvents. Use the contact details in your ticket confirmation; if you can’t reach them, message us with the event link.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are decided by the event’s organizer, so contact them using the details in your ticket confirmation. We can help you reach them, but we can’t guarantee a refund on their behalf.
When can I get a refund?
A refund may apply if the organizer cancels the event, if their refund policy allows it, or after a duplicate or accidental payment. Not being able to attend, a rescheduled event (unless the organizer says otherwise) and AZEvents platform fees (unless required by law) are not refundable.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
