Ticket sales terms

The Subscriber is the seller and merchant of record for all tickets sold. Hannsville Technologies Pte. Ltd. (AZEvents) provides the technology platform only and is not a party to the transaction between the Subscriber and ticket purchasers.

Ticket payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. The Subscriber agrees to comply with Stripe's Services Agreement, including all rules relating to payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.

The Subscriber is solely responsible and liable for:

• Event content, ticket pricing, availability, and fulfilment;
• Admitting ticket holders and delivering the event as described;
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and consumer protection requirements.

The Subscriber is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes, in accordance with their applicable local tax laws.

AZEvents does not determine the Subscriber's tax obligations and does not provide tax advice.

The Subscriber must not collect GST or other taxes through the Platform unless they are legally required and properly registered to do so under applicable tax laws. Any tax amounts collected from ticket purchasers are the sole responsibility of the Subscriber and shall not be deemed fees payable to AZEvents.

• All refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks are the sole responsibility of the Subscriber.
• Any fees imposed by Stripe, banks, or card networks (including refund and chargeback fees) shall be borne by the Subscriber and may be deducted from payouts.

The Subscriber is responsible for handling all ticket purchaser enquiries, complaints, refunds, and disputes.

AZEvents does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, or event success and is not responsible for losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, or non-performance.

The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hannsville Technologies Pte. Ltd. from any claims, losses, liabilities, or penalties arising from ticket sales, Stripe disputes, chargebacks, or event operations.
